Let me make one thing clear. I had no issues whatsoever downloading this product from Amazon. It downloaded, installed and worked right from the beginning. The problem I had was with the program itself. I have used Taxcut for a number of years but this year, it seemed like a lot of user-friendly tasks had been removed. I found myself going back and forth between pages a lot more just to figure out fields that should have been populated with figures. I spent a lot more time in the program than in previous years. Perhaps the redesign from Taxcut to H & R Block might have something to do with it.
I think I'll give Turbotax a go next year.
